We would like to inform you that Dr. Kamal K. Sharma (DIN: 00209430), Non-Executive Vice Chairman of the Company, will be stepping down from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from October 14, 2022.

Dr. Sharma was on the Board of the Company for over 19 years. He has helped lead the Company in setting the vision and strategic direction, assessing inorganic growth initiatives, and mentoring senior management.

The Board and the Management places on record their sincere appreciation of the significant contributions made by Dr. Sharma during his long association with the Company. Lupin has immensely benefited from his guidance, rich experience and advice.
