We are pleased to inform that the Forty-Third Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 11, 2025 at 04.00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means. Other relevant details are being provided in the Notice of AGM, which will be issued in due course of time.

The Board of Directors at its meeting held on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, had recommended a final Dividend of ₹ 12/- per equity share of ₹ 2/- each (i.e. 600%). Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed the Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of Members to receive final Dividend as under:
