In continuation to our intimation dated December 26, 2023, we would like to inform you that Lumax Auto Technologies Limited ( “the Company” ) has completed the acquisition of entire equity stake i.e. 100% of the Paid-up Share Capital of Lumax Ancillary Limited ( “LAL” ) on January 25, 2024.

Accordingly, LAL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from January 25, 2024.

The aforesaid information shall also be made available on the website of the Company at www.lumaxworld.in/lumaxautotech.
