On the basis of the Rules of Ljubljana Stock Exchange, the Financial Instruments Market Act RS and the financial calendar of the company, Luka Koper d.d. publishes the Annual report 2019:

The Supervisory Board of Luka Koper, d.d. has on its regular session on 24th April 2020 adopted the Annual report 2019. The Supervisory Board has on the same session also verified the proposal for the appropriation of the accumulated profit that the Management and Supervisory Boards will propose for adoption at the General Meeting of Shareholders. The proposal for the allocation of the accumulated profit, that amounted to EUR 30,013,663.97 as on 31 December 2019, is to remain unappropriated. Please see details in the attached press release.
