Notice on Received Judgement

In compliance with the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the applicable legislation, the company Luka Koper, d.d. hereby issues the following notice:

On 26 June 2018, the company Luka Koper, d.d. received a judgement of the District Court in Koper, passed on 6 June 2018, in which the Court dismissed the claim of Vseslovensko združenje malih delničarjev (in Eng. PanSlovenian Shareholders’ Association) requesting the voidness of the resolutions adopted at the Company’s 28th General Meeting of Shareholders based on which Andraž Lipolt, MSc., Milan Jelenc, MSc. and Barbara Nose were appointed to the Company’s supervisory board with a 4-year term of office commencing on 1 July 2017, requesting subordinately the reversal of the resolutions on the appointment of the aforementioned supervisory board members.
