Resignation of a member of the Supervisory Board

On the basis of the Rules of Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the Financial Instruments Market Act RS, Luka Koper d. d. publishes the following information:

Luka Koper, d.d. informs the interested public that on 13 May 2022 the company received a resignation statement from the member of the supervisory board Tamara Kozlovič. As stated in the resignation statement, Tamara Kozlovič resigned in accordance with the third paragraph of Article 12 of the Deputies Act and Article 18 of the Statute of Luka Koper, d.d., with a three-month notice period starting on 13 May 2022, when her mandate as a member of the National Assembly was confirmed, and lasts until the day of appointment of a new (alternate) member of the supervisory board, in any case with the expiration of three months from the date of resignation, if the General Meeting does not elect a new (alternate) member of the supervisory board.
