On the basis of the Rules of Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the Financial Instruments Market Act RS, Luka Koper d.d. publishes the following information:

Luka Koper, d.d. informs the interested public that on the regular session of the Supervisory board of Luka Koper, d.d. held on 28th July 2017, all four supervisory’s board committees (audit, human resources, investment and committee for organisation and processes) started their activities and adopted a draft of the working plan. The Management board of Luka Koper, d.d. introduced to the committee for organisation and processes also all relevant analyses regarding the external port services providers, as a basis for future work on this field of business.
