Increased number of shares and votes in Logistea

As a result of a directed share issue of ordinary shares of series B during December in Logistea AB (publ) ("Logistea"), the number of shares in Logistea increased by 1,230,972 ordinary shares of series B, the number of votes increased by 123,097 and the share capital increased by SEK 615,486.

As of 31st of December 2024, there were a total of 474,559,896 shares in the company, of which 33,351,438 are ordinary shares of series A and 441,208,458 are ordinary shares of series B. The number of votes amounts to 77,472,283.
