Increased number of shares and votes in Logistea

As a result of Logistea AB (publ)'s ("Logistea") directed share issue of ordinary shares of series B during June, the number of shares in Logistea increased by 36,000,000ordinary shares of series B, the number of votes increased by 3,600,000, and the share capital increased by SEK 18,000,000.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 510,559,896 shares in the company, of which 26,232,069 are ordinary shares of series A and 484,327,827 are ordinary shares of series B. The number of votes amounts to 74,664,852.
