Increased number of shares and votes in Logistea

As a result of Logistea AB (publ)'s ("Logistea") directed share issue of ordinary shares of series B during March, the number of shares in Logistea increased by 18,940,000 ordinary shares of series B, the number of votes increased by 1,894,000, and the share capital increased by SEK 9,470,000.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 236,855,975 shares in the company, of which 17,087,861 are ordinary shares of series A and 219,768,114 are ordinary shares of series B. The number of votes amounts to 39,064,672.4.
