Increased number of shares and votes in Logistea

As a result of Logistea AB (publ)'s ("Logistea") directed share issue of ordinary shares of series B during Juni relating to a transaction, the number of shares in Logistea increased by 5,657,666 ordinary shares of series B, the number of votes increased by 565,767, and the share capital increased by SEK 2,828,833.
