Logistea has successfully issued subsequent senior unsecured green bonds in an amount of SEK 250 million under its existing bond loan 2024/2028

Logistea AB (publ) ("Logistea" or the "Company") has successfully issued subsequent senior unsecured green bonds in an amount of SEK 250 million (the "Subsequent Bonds") under the Company's existing senior unsecured green bond framework of SEK 1,000 million with ISIN SE0023441266. Following the issuance of the Subsequent Bonds, a total nominal amount of SEK 850 million will be outstanding under the Company's bond loan. The Subsequent Bonds were issued at a price of 100% of the nominal amount. The net proceeds from the Subsequent Bonds are intended to be used in accordance with the principles set out in the Company's Green Finance Framework. Logistea will apply for admission to trading of the Subsequent Bonds on the sustainable bond list at Nasdaq Stockholm.

DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA, Nordea Bank Abp, SpareBank 1 Markets AS and Swedbank AB (publ) acted as joint bookrunners in connection with the issue of the Subsequent Bonds. Advokatfirman Cederquist KB acted as legal counsel in connection with the issue of the Subsequent Bonds.
