We would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 31st May, 2021 at 12:30 PM , inter-alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year Ended 31[st] March, 2021.
Further to our Notice dated 31[st] March, 2021 relating to intimation of Closure of Trading Window, Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of Lloyds Steels Industries Limited shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives until 02[nd] June, 2021 i.e. 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year Ended 31[st] March, 2021.
Accordingly, all Directors/Connected Persons/Designated Persons of the Company have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
