इस संबंध में, आपको एतद् द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि आयोग ने अपनी 12.05.2026 को आयोजित बैठक में प्रस्तावित संयोजन पर विचार किया और इसे अधिनियम की धारा 31 की उपधारा (1) के अंतर्गत अनुमोदित कर दिया है।

Reference is invited to the notice (bearing Registration No. C-2026/03/1398) filed by Thriveni Earthmovers Private Limited; Lloyds Engineering Works Limited; Lloyds Infrastructure & Construction Limited; Metalfab Hightech Private Limited and Techno Industries Private Limited on 11th March 2026, under sub-section (2) of Section 6 and 6A of the Competition Act, 2002 (Act).

In this regard, you are hereby informed that the Commission, in its meeting held on 12th May 2026, considered the proposed combination and approved the same under Section 31 (1) of the Act.
