Sub.: Outcome of Board Meeting pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015.
This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of our Company in the meeting held today i.e. Thursday, 22[nd] July 2021 have considered and approved the following:

The Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 1[st] Quarter Ended 30[th] June 2021.

Change in Designation of Mr. Kishorekumar Mohanlal Pradhan (DIN: 02749508) from Non-Executive Non Independent Director to Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company for a period of 5 Years w.e.f 22[nd] July, 2021 pursuant to applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Rules issued thereunder and SEBI Regulations subject to shareholders approval.
Reason for change in his designation of Mr. Kishorekumar Mohanlal Pradhan from Non-Executive Director to Independent Director is to comply with Regulation 17 (1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as he qualifies the definition of Independent Director.
The meeting commenced at 12.00 P.M. and concluded at 12:30 P.M.
