We have vide our letter dated 21.11.2019 informed you about the resignation of Mr. Vishal Agarwal, Independent Director from the Board of our Company. We now wish to inform you that the Board of Directors in the Meeting held on 24.01.2020 have accepted the resignation of Mr. Vishal Agarwal w.e.f. 21.11. 2019. The Company in the same Board Meeting has appointed Mr. Ananthsubramanian Lakshman as an Additional & Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board and so also as the Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee as well as member of the Audit Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
