Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers Dr. Xudong Zhu resigned from the Board of Directors of LightPath Technologies, Inc. (the Company), effective September 6, 2016. There was no disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Companys operations, policies or practices. A press release announcing the resignation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. Item 9.01.
