Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 26 October 2022 by Lifecare AS (the "Company") announcing the successful completion of a private placement of new shares in the Company, with gross proceeds of NOK 45 million (the "Private Placement").

The share capital increase related to the Private Placement has been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, and the Company's new registered share capital is NOK 47,146,296.80 divided into 117,865,742 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.40.
