Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Lifecare AS (the "Company") on 14 September 2021 regarding the share issue resolved by the board of directors in connection with exercise of options. The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret).
