Reference is made to the announcement published on 5 October 2021 by Lifecare AS (the “Company”) regarding the issue of 15,467,834 new shares upon completion of a private placement of shares.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of new shares under the private placement has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 39,193,658.8 divided into 97,984,147 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.4.
