PRE-EARNINGS GUIDANCE FOR 1Q 2025

(UNAUDITED OPERATING STATISTICS)

LG Electronics Inc. (the ''Company'') is pleased to announce certain unaudited operating statistics

of the Company and its subsidiaries (the ''Group'') for the 1st quarter of 2025 as follows.

In the 1st quarter of 2025, the Group's consolidated sales amounted to KRW 22,744.7 billion (as

compared to KRW 22,761.5 billion in 2024.4Q and KRW 21,095.9 billion in 2024.1Q), representing

a quarter-on-quarter decrease of 0.1% (QoQ -0.1%) and a year-on-year increase of 7.8% (YoY

7.8%).

The Group's consolidated operating income amounted to KRW 1,259.0 billion (as compared to KRW

135.4 billion in 2024.4Q and KRW 1,335.2 billion in 2024.1Q), representing a quarter-on-quarter

increase of 829.8% (QoQ 829.8%) and a year-on-year decrease of 5.7% (YoY -5.7%).
