PRE-EARNINGS GUIDANCE FOR 1Q 2026

(UNAUDITED OPERATING STATISTICS)

LG Electronics Inc. (the ''Company'') is pleased to announce certain unaudited operating statistics

of the Company and its subsidiaries (the ''Group'') for the 1st quarter of 2026 as follows.

In the 1st quarter of 2026, the Group's consolidated sales amounted to KRW 23,733.0 billion (as

compared to KRW 23,852.2 billion in 2025.4Q and KRW 22,739.8 billion in 2025.1Q), representing

a quarter-on-quarter decrease of -0.5% (QoQ -0.5%) and a year-on-year increase of 4.4% (YoY

4.4%).

The Group's consolidated operating income amounted to KRW 1,673.6 billion (as compared to KRW -109.0 billion in 2025.4Q and KRW 1,259.1 billion in 2025.1Q), representing a year-on-year increase of 32.9% (YoY 32.9%).
