PRE-EARNINGS GUIDANCE FOR 1Q 2024

(UNAUDITED OPERATING STATISTICS)

LG Electronics Inc. (the ''Company'') is pleased to announce certain unaudited operating statistics

of the Company and its subsidiaries (the ''Group'') for the 1st quarter of 2024 as follows.

In the 1st quarter of 2024, the Group's consolidated sales amounted to KRW 21,095.9 billion (as

compared to KRW 23,104.1 billion in 2023.4Q and KRW 20,415.9 billion in 2023.1Q), representing

a quarter-on-quarter decrease of 8.7% (QoQ -8.7%) and a year-on-year increase of 3.3% (YoY

3.3%).

The Group's consolidated operating income amounted to KRW 1,332.9 billion (as compared to KRW

313.1 billion in 2023.4Q and KRW 1,497.4 billion in 2023.1Q), representing a quarter-on-quarter

increase of 325.7% (QoQ 325.7%) and a year-on-year decrease of 11.0% (YoY -11.0%).
