ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CYPRUS STOCK EXCHANGE

1. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting of 29th April 2024 which continued on 30 April 2024, resolved the following:
2. (a) To approve the audited consolidated financial accounts of the Company for the year ending 31st December, 2023.
3. (b) To set the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company for Saturday, 25th of May, 2024 at 12:00p.m., at the Leptos Coral Beach Hotel & Resort in Peyia, Paphos.
