ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE CSE

Leptos Calypso Hotels (Public) LIMITED announces that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 12/12/2025, approved the renewal, under the same terms, for a period of ten years, i.e. until 10 December 2035, of the existing ten-year services agreement with Armonia Estates Limited, which is a major shareholder of the Company.

The renewal of the agreement is carried out in the context of the Company's ordinary business activities and on normal market terms.

This transaction falls within the exemption of Article 14(6) of Law 111(I)/2021. The Directors who are related parties did not participate in the relevant evaluation or in the meeting at which the decision to renew the said agreement was taken.
