ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CYPRUS STOCK EXCHANGE DATED 17.4.2015

The Board of Directors of the Company will convene on Wednesday 29th of April, 2015 to decide on the following:

• 1. Approval of the financial results of the Company for the financial year ending 31/12/2014 and setting of the date of the Annual General Meeting.
• 1. Any other Matters.

The decisions of the Board of Directors on the above matters will be announced before the commencement of the stock exchange meeting of the 30th of April, 2015.
