Mr. Michael Spyrou holds the title of Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and is a former member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He also holds an MBA in Construction and Real Estate, as well a postgraduate diplomas in management, an MBIF in Banking, Investments, and Finance, and an LLM in International Business Law. He has diplomasin Financial and Banking Management, Business Consulting, and Greek Philology. He worked as a Senior Auditor/Manager at G. Elias UK FCA and Moore Stephens KMG in Greece, and since 1991, he has been the Chief Financial Officer of Pandora Group of Companies and a member of the Group's Strategic Committee, a position he holds to this day.
