ANNOUNCEMENT

At the meeting of the Audit Committee of the Company dated 18/4/2019 the Chairman of the Audit Committee Mr. Andreas Ataliotis expressed his intention to resign as the Chairman of the Committee with immediate effect and to remain as member thereof.

The Audit Committee unanimusly decided to elect Mr. Savvas Michael as the new Chairman of the Audit Committee.
