ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CYPRUS STOCK EXCHANGE

1. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting of 28th April 2023 which continued on 1st May 2023, resolved the following:
2. (a) To approve the audited consolidated financial accounts of the Company for the year ending 31st December, 2022.
3. (b) To set the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company for Thursday, 8th June, 2023 at 3:00p.m., at the Leptos Coral Beach Hotel & Resort in Peyia, Paphos.
