Change in the Company’s Board (corrected notification).
Latvijas Juras medicinas centrs JSC has received a formal notice of the Company’s Board members M. Aizsilniece un A. Vīgants for their resignation from the Board on 01.05.214.
Due to the above the Council of the Company has elected Vita Švarcberga and Juris Imaks as a members of the Management Board on 01.05.2014.
V. Švarcberga has work experience in MFD VCP Ltd as Chief Doctor, Riga 1’th Hospital as Member of Board. V. Švarcberga owns 2885 shares of Latvijas Juras medicinas centrs JSC.
J. Imaks has work experience in LJMC JSC as director of finance and business analyst, SAF tehnika JSC as Council Member (12.07.2010. -11.11.2011). J. Imaks is not shareholders of Latvijas Juras medicinas centrs JSC
