CM-CIC Investissement confirms its support for the LANSON-BCC Group's development

Reims, Wednesday May 22, 2019, 5:45pm

On May 21, 2019, the LANSON-BCC Group was informed of the extension of the redemption commitment signed on July 18, 2013 by the PAILLARD, BOIZEL and BAIJOT family groups and CM-CIC Investissement through to June 30, 2022.

This agreement has been amended. The signing of this amendment, one year before the initial planned deadline, illustrates CM-CIC Investissement's confidence and support for the transformation plan that the LANSON-BCC Group is rolling out.

LANSON-BCC is a group built around eight Houses that produce Champagne wines,
created and led by Champagne families. It unites together outstanding Houses, renowned
for their unique wines and benefiting from the effective fit between their customer segments.
The blend of ancestral know-how and leading-edge technical capabilities, creative
independence and rational synergies enables each one of its Houses to develop its
performances, ensuring the LANSON-BCC Group's sustainability.
