GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING ON JUNE 1, 2018

DIVIDEND: €0.50 PER SHARE

Reims, Friday June 1, 2018, 5:45pm - LANSON-BCC held its General Meeting today at the Champagne De Venoge site in Épernay.

All the proposed resolutions were adopted, including:

  • Approval of the corporate and consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2017.
  • Appointment of Mrs Alice Paillard-Brabant (36) and Mr Florent Roques (37) as new company directors for LANSON-BCC.
  • Approval of a dividend of €0.50 per share, with an ex-dividend date of June 6, 2018 and a payment date of June 8, 2018.
LANSON-BCC is a group built around seven Houses that produce Champagne
wines, created and led by Champagne families.

outstanding Houses, renowned for their unique wines and benefiting from the effective
