Change of the composition of the Board of Statutory Auditors
Cavriago (Reggio Emilia), 19 May 2017
Landi Renzo S.p.A. reports that Mr. Massimo Folloni, an appreciated standing member of its Board of Statutory Auditors for several years, passed away on 17 May 2017.
The Company's Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors offer their condolences, also on behalf of the Company.
Membership of the Board of Statutory Auditors will be reintegrated in accordance with the law, the by-laws and gender balance requirements.
Landi Renzo is a world leader in LPG and natural gas fuel systems and components for motor vehicles.
