本公司與台商獨資(英利)企業,於廣東佛山設立合資公司,已建廠完成, 該合資公司主要以提供大陸汽車廠零組件為主,於2014年開始正式量產出貨。 KST and Taiwanese wholly-owned (Engley) enterprises, set up a joint venture in Foshan, Guangdong, has been completed, the joint venture company mainly to provide the mainland auto plant components, in 2014 began mass production shipments.

另,透過宏利汽車部件(55%)與中鋼(10%)、中國汽研(35%)轉 投資大陸重慶中利凱瑞汽車部件,營業項目涵蓋宏利所 專精的熱沖壓部件、英利長期獲利之塑膠複合材料,及 中國汽研長期發展之鋁合金擠形部件。
由於大陸汽車市場極為活絡,新公司由此切入大陸市場 將是非常好的契機點 。
