• 1. Resignation of Mr. Hemant Kumar from the position of Independent Director of the Company. His resignation will be effective from February 28, 2021.
• 1. Appointment of Ms. Varsha Choudhry as an Additional Director (Independent) of the Company. Her appointment will be effective from March 01, 2021, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing general meeting.
