Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Ksolves India Limited is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2021, inter alia to:
- i. Approve and take on record the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2020;
- ii. Approve and take on record the Un-Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2020;
- iii. Consider Declaration of Interim Dividend to the equity shareholders. The Interim Dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Wednesday, February 03, 2021 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose of interim dividend, if any.

Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated its Designated Persons, Key Managerial Persons, Designated Employees, connected persons and Immediate relatives regarding the closure of the Trading Window for trading in the Company's equity shares from 1% January, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public.
