Approve and take on record the U n - Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023;
Approve and take on record the U n - Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023;
To recommend Interim Dividend: The record date for the dividend if declared, shall be Friday, January 26, 2024.

Closure of Trading Window

Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated its Designated Persons, Key Managerial Persons, Designated Employees, connected persons and Immediate relatives regarding the closure of the Trading Window for trading in the Company's equity shares from December 20, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public.
