Subject: Revised Outcome of Board Meeting held on 07th August 2025.

This is in continuation to our earlier intimation dated 07th August 2025 (Exchange Dissemination Time: 07-08-2025 22:06:12), wherein the Company had disclosed the outcome of the Board Meeting held on 07th August 2025.

It is hereby clarified that Annexure IV - Disclosure pursuant to Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, contained certain clerical/typographical errors.

Through this intimation, we are submitting the revised Annexure IV to rectify the aforementioned errors. Please note that there is no change in the outcome of the Board Meeting apart from the correction of the said errors.
