The amended/new Articles of Association shall be effective from 03.04.2026 and a copy is available for inspection at the Company’s registered office and on the Company’s website at https://ksstech.co/

Amendments to Articles of Association of listed entity, in brief.	The existing Articles of Association (“AoA”) of the Company were originally based on the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. Upon review, it was observed that several provisions of the existing AoA were no longer aligned with the current regulatory and business environment. Accordingly, to reflect the prevailing statutory provisions and business needs, the Members have adopted a comprehensive new set of Articles of Association based on Table F under the Companies Act, 2013, in substitution of and to the exclusion of the existing AoA.
