Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that our wholly owned subsidiary, KS Smart Solutions Private Limited (‘KS Smart’),has been awarded a ₹59 crore (approx.) project by the School Education Department, Punjab.

The assignment involves the deployment of 4,960 interactive panels across government schools under one of the State’s major digital learning initiatives. KS Smart will provide the software environment and operational framework that enables real-time visibility of installed units, including health insights, configuration support, usage analytics, and school-wise inventory tracking. This structure will support authorities in monitoring uptime, complaints, alerts, and service-level adherence across classrooms. The project further includes five years of onsite warranty and support, with a dedicated helpdesk, field maintenance, software updates, and spares provisioning across the State.

With this combined operational scope and long-term service responsibility, KS Smart will play an important role in supporting Punjab’s transition toward a more reliable and data-driven digital education ecosystem.

The disclosure in the format prescribed under Regulation 30 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/P/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure–A.
