Subject: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has issued corporate guarantee to City Union Bank (“Lender”) for an amount not exceeding INR 95 crores as security for the credit facilities availed by KS Smart Solutions Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company from the Lender.
The details as required under SEBI Circulars issued from time to time, are enclosed herewith as Annexure – I.
