In reference to Current Report No. 53/2017 dated November 30th 2017 theManagement Board of KRUK S.A. ("Company" or "Issuer") informs that theOperations Department of the Central Securities Depository of Poland hasissued an announcement stating that, on December 13th 2017 a total of63,684 shares in the Company will be registered with the CentralSecurities Depository of Poland, under ISIN code: PLKRK0000010.

The Company further announces that on the date of registration with theCentral Securities Depository of Poland of the above KRUK S.A. sharesissued as part of a conditional share capital increase, the shares willbe registered in the investors' securities accounts, and consequently(in accordance with Art. 452.1 in conjunction with Art. 451.3 of theCommercial Companies Code), an increase in the Company's share capitalwithin the limits of the conditional share capital, through the issue of63,684 Series F ordinary bearer shares with a par value of PLN 1 pershare pursuant to Resolution No. 26/2014 of the Annual General Meetingof KRUK S.A. dated May 28th 2014, will be effected.

Following registration of the Issuer's shares in the investors'securities accounts, the Issuer's share capital will be PLN 18,807,900and will be divided into 18,807,900 shares conferring the right to18,807,900 votes at the Company's General Meeting.

Following registration of the Issuer's shares in the investors'securities accounts, the structure of the Issuer's share capital will beas follows:

- 2,692,220 Series A bearer shares with a par value of PLN 1 per share,

- 11,366,600 Series AA bearer shares with a par value of PLN 1 per share,

- 1,250,000 Series B bearer shares with a par value of PLN 1 per share,

- 491,520 Series C bearer shares with a par value of PLN 1 per share,

- 1,100,000 Series D bearer shares with a par value of PLN 1 per share

- 843,876 Series E bearer shares with a par value of PLN 1 per share

- 63,684 Series F bearer shares with a par value of PLN 1 per share and

- 1,000,000 Series G bearer shares with a par value of PLN 1 per share.
