The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that onOctober 25 th 2019 it was notified that PROKURA NiestandaryzowanySekurytyzacyjny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty ("PROKURA NS FIZ" or the"Buyer"), a subsidiary of the Company, won an auction held on the Polishmarket by one of Poland's largest banks (the "Bank") to purchase aportfolio of secured and unsecured debt, with a nominal value ofapproximately PLN1,4bn. The transaction will be completed followingapproval by the Bank's Management Board of the selected Buyer. Uponconclusion of the relevant portfolio purchase agreement, the Companywill promptly release a separate report to announce it.
