The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that byResolution No. 305/2024 of March 8th 2024 the Management Board of theWarsaw Stock Exchange decided to admit 700,000 Series AO7 bearer bondsof the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 100 per bond, to trading onthe main market as of the date of their registration by the CentralSecurities Depository of Poland.

The Company also announces that Central Securities Depository of Poland(the "CSDP") said in its Statement ONP/2024/024 of March 11th 2024 thatthe 700,000 Series AO7 bearer bonds of the Company, with a nominal valueof PLN 100 per bond, ISIN PLKRK0000846 (the "Bonds") will be registeredon March 12th 2024.
