The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that byvirtue of Resolution No. 340/16 of May 25th 2016 the Management Board ofKrajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (the Central SecuritiesDepository of Poland, CSDP) resolved to register 1,350,000 Series AB2bearer shares of KRUK S.A., with a par value of PLN 100 per bond,maturing on May 19th 2021, issued under Management Board's ResolutionNo. 173/2015 on the Third Bond Issue Programme, dated December 30th2015, and Management Board's Resolution No. 112/2016 on the final termsand conditions of the Series AB2 Bonds, dated May 9th 2016, and toassign the Bonds ISIN code No. PLKRK0000416.
