(the "Company") with reference to thecurrent report no. 16/2026 dated on April 23rd 2026, informs that on May19th 2026 it received from Shareholder Nationale-Nederlanden OtwartyFundusz Emerytalny (Shareholder), represented by Nationale-NederlandenPowszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., a submission of candidates of MsEwa Radkowska-Świętoń and Ms Dominika Bettman as members of theCompany's Supervisory Board.
