based on Article 69a(1)(1) and Article 87(5)(1) of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies dated 29 July 2005 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 2020 as amended) (the "Act"), I notify you that on 14 December 2021, a merger took place between Waterland Management Holding V B.V. as the target entity and Waterland Management Holding VI B.V. as the acquiring entity (the "Merger"). As a result of the Merger, Waterland Management Holding V B.V. ceased to exist, and Waterland Management Holding VI B.V. assumed all its rights and obligations.

Pursuant to relevant Dutch law Waterland Private Equity Investments B.V. as the licensed fund manager effectively exercises control over the investments of Waterland Private Equity Fund VI C.V. made via subsidiaries of the latter. Furthermore, according to article 5:45 (7) Dutch Financial Markets Supervision Act ("FMSA"), a manager of an alternative investment fund is deemed to hold the shares held by the alternative investment fund to the exclusion of other parties, and according to article 5:45 (11) FMSA such shareholding is not attributed to a controlling undertaking of the manager, if any.

Consequently, in the opinion of the Notifying Entities it is legally sufficient for Waterland Private Equity Investments B.V. to provide this notification. However, for the sake of prudency, taking into account doubts that were expressed as to the scope of notification obligations and opinion of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego) on notification obligations, the notification is made on behalf of all the Notifying Entities.
