Komplett ASA - Stabilization period

Oslo, 23 June 2021. Komplett ASA ("Komplett" or the "Company", OSE ticker

"KOMPL"): Reference is made to the announcement on 21 June 2021, where the

Company announced that ABG Sundal Collier ASA ("ABGSC" or the "Stabilization

Manager") may, on behalf of the Managers (as defined below) engage in

stabilization activities.

It has come to the Company's attention that there was a typing error in the end

-date for the period in which stabilization activities may be conducted by the

Stabilization Manager, which is 20 July 2021 and not 20 June 2021. The

Stabilization Manager may engage in stabilization activities in the 30 days'

period from the first day of listing of the Company's shares on the Oslo Stock

Exchange, on 21 June 2021, to and including, 20 July 2021 (the "Stabilization

Period").

ABGSC and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), Oslo branch (collectively,

the "Joint Global Coordinators"), are acting as joint global coordinators and

joint bookrunners. DNB Markets, part of DNB Bank ASA, and Pareto Securities AS

are acting as joint bookrunners together with the Joint Global Coordinators

(collectively, the "Managers").

Advokatfirmaet Thommessen AS is acting as legal advisor to the Company and the

Canica Invest AS (being the selling shareholder in the Offering). Advokatfirmaet

Schjødt AS is acting as legal advisor to the Managers.
