Komplett ASA: The board of directors' proposal to Komplett's general meeting
Sandefjord, 23 March 2023: The board of directors of Komplett ASA has decided to
submit the following resolution to the annual general meeting:
The board of directors proposes that the general meeting grants the board of
directors an authorisation to increase the share capital by up to NOK 7,000,000,
which represents approximately 10 per cent of the share capital.
The annual general meeting will be held 9 May 2023. Participation will be
digital.
