Komplett ASA: Large shareholding disclosure

Oslo, 4 April 2022: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by

Komplett ASA ("Komplett") earlier today, regarding the completion of its

acquisition of all issued and outstanding shares in NetOnNet AB ("NetOnNet")

from SIBA Invest Aktiebolag ("SIBA Invest") (the "Transaction").

The shareholding of Canica Invest AS of 43,325,517 shares and votes in Komplett

remain unchanged following completion of the Transaction. As a consequence of

the dilutive effect of Komplett's issuance of 35,242,424 consideration shares to

SIBA Invest, Canica Invest AS' total shareholding has been reduced to

approximately 40.30% from approximately 59.96%, falling below the notifiable

threshold of 50%.
